Our Sales Associates perform many vital tasks for our customers on a daily basis including shipping packages, answering phone calls, writing emails and solving problems. This position performs many different tasks involving customer service/order processing, shipping, and packaging throughout the work day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparing/shipping/receiving/packing products, answering phones, emails, and online chatting with customers.
