This is a Full-Time sales position with MedInfo, Inc. and MDpocket.com. MedInfo is a publishing company that manufactures its own products designed for healthcare professionals and is looking for a great candidate to manage sales, invoicing, quoting and work with other team members to get products out the door. You will be responsible for generating and following up on sales lead data, promoting and selling both products and services (no cold calling), explaining promotional offers, and helping arrange orders and deliveries with our orders team. You will assist with nationwide conferences, events, trade shows, and other meetings as needed. You will also assist with setting and achieving company sales goals, maintaining social media accounts, store locators, and mailing physical marketing materials to our current customer base. This position requires excellent customer service, as you will be answering telephone calls and assisting customers with orders, inquiries, and concerns including questions on products and warranties. You will be responsible for data entry of orders when they are completed or changed and maintaining accurate customer records and an accurate client database. This candidate will promptly respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence and be able to communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Knowledge, skills, and Abilities:
- Preferred work experience in a sales position with a basic understanding of sales principles and sales performance metrics
- Knowledge of correct English spelling and grammar
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Customer service focus with strong interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident team player with an engaging personality and high level of dedication
- Basic administrative skills
- Mastery of basic math concepts
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under strict deadlines
- High school Diploma, some college preferred

Responsibilities:
· Maintain good work relationships with current customers
· Help improve our product line and listings on multiple websites
· Work with other team members to assure orders are getting to where they need to be delivered
· Foster sales growth through current and new sales channels
· Report to the business manager and CEO on results, sales numbers etc.
Benefits:
Starting pay is $22-27 per hour, potential raises at 30 and 90 days
